The information behind your church's ministry deserves real care. Here is specifically how Tentmaker58 is designed to protect the people and information your church trusts it with.

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections between your browser and Tentmaker58's servers.
Access is limited by role and organization. A leader at one church cannot use that role to see another church's information. Some ministries — like church board meetings — add a further layer: even an administrator needs an active membership on that specific committee to see its content.
Significant administrative actions are recorded in an audit log visible to authorized administrators.
Tentmaker58 is hosted on Microsoft Azure, using cloud infrastructure designed for reliability, security, and scalability. See the Privacy Policy for data-retention details.
We do not share, sell, or provide mobile phone numbers or messaging-consent data to third parties for their own marketing.
Tentmaker58 has not obtained a formal third-party security certification such as SOC 2, does not operate a public bug-bounty program, and does not publish a penetration-test report. We do not claim HIPAA certification; Tentmaker58 is not a healthcare product.
Tentmaker58 is used by adult church staff and volunteers. Information about a child is entered by an organization's authorized staff or a parent or guardian, not collected by Tentmaker58 directly from the child. Organizations are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental or guardian permission before entering a child's information. Read the Children's Information section of our Privacy Policy for details.
